Why a written plan
wins races.
Whether you are running for the school board or a statewide office, the people you are up against have a plan somebody wrote for them. The Race Blueprint is that plan, counted from your state’s own records and written for your race, for $250 instead of a retainer.
One payment. Delivered as a PDF within five business days. Nothing renews by itself.
I ran on it.
I won with it.
In November 2025 I ran for the Zebulon Board of Commissioners, in a town where registered Democrats outnumber Republicans nearly three to one. I ran the campaign on Campaign Coach. I took the second of the two seats by 25 votes, and I was the only one of the 22 Republican-endorsed candidates in Wake County to win that night.
I built Campaign Coach, and I serve on that board today. The Race Blueprint is that system run on your race by the person who built it, and handed to you as a document you can work from the same day.

Any office. Any level. Any party.
The Race Blueprint is built for any candidate running for any office: town board, school board, sheriff, mayor, county commission, state legislature, statewide. Because it is counted from your state’s published voter file and results, it scales to the race in front of it, and because it costs what a consultant bills for a single afternoon, it is finally within reach of the hundreds of thousands of local offices where candidates run on a shoestring.
Counted, not guessed
Your win number, the four audiences and the precincts that decide it come out of the state’s own voter file and certified results, not a rule of thumb or a chatbot’s estimate.
Read, not inferred
Five issues your voters care about, each read from the office’s own record, the voter file or a named outlet, dated. None inferred from what voters are said to feel.
The opponent, on the record
Their filings, their money, their words, and the places where the record and the rhetoric are not the same document. Every sentence marked verified or reported.
One message
Three pillars, one contrast, three slogans, a stump speech and a thirty-second pitch. Every post, script, email and page ladders back to it, so the campaign says one thing.
Scripts in your voice
The room script, the chair call, the fundraising ask, the volunteer ask, the five hardest questions answered, the hard interview. Written, not described.
A month of posts, done
Four weeks of posts written out and dated, five video scripts as shot tables, the weekly supporter email and the website copy. Ready to schedule.
The money plan, from the filings
A budget built from the last cycle’s benchmark, the first donor prospects from the public filings with the warm path to each, host organisations, the ask script and the finance calendar.
The calendar, from the statute
Every date that matters, computed from the statute that sets it and flagged to confirm with your election board, plus a day-by-day plan for early voting and the next thirty days.
How it works
Tell George the race
Your name, the office, the county and the election date. Ask for the free sample first if you want to hold a real piece of it before you pay.
The race is counted, the document written
The voter file, the results, the filings and the record go in. The message, the scripts, the posts, the money and the calendar come out, in your voice, every claim labelled and sourced.
You work from it the same day
Delivered as a PDF within five business days. The fifteen-minute intake call turns its proposals into your commitments. Buy the Campaign Year and the next 90 days arrive written out, 4 times, 90 days apart.
Not a chatbot. Not a $15k retainer. Not an app to learn.
A chatbot does not have your voter file, your precinct results or your opponent’s filings, and it will not tell you when it is guessing. The Blueprint is counted from the record and says, line by line, where each claim came from.
A consultant sells you the written plan in the first two months of a retainer and often has junior staff write it. The Blueprint is that plan, written by the person who built the system and ran on it, for one payment.
An app hands you a blank screen and a login. The Blueprint hands you the finished work: the posts written, the scripts written, the dates computed. You read it at the kitchen table and start.
Frequently asked questions
Who is the Race Blueprint for?
Any candidate for any office, at any level, of any party: town board, school board, sheriff, mayor, county commission, state legislature, statewide office. The count comes from your state’s published voter file and certified results, so a town race gets the same treatment as a statewide one, at the size of that race. It is built for first-time and under-resourced candidates who need the written plan a professional team would produce, without the retainer.
Do I need political experience?
No. Send your name, the office, the county and the election date. The document tells you what to do, what to say and what to post, in order, and the intake call turns its proposals into your commitments.
Is it partisan?
No. The method is the same for a candidate of any party: the public voter file, certified results, campaign-finance filings and the record. You set your own values, priorities and tone; the document is written in your voice.
How is this different from the Campaign Coach app?
Campaign Coach is the engine the document is built with, run by the person who built it. Candidates do not log into it. You get the Race Blueprint as a PDF, and — if you buy the Campaign Year — the next ninety days written out again four times over, delivered to you ninety days apart. Nothing to learn, nothing that renews.
How much does it cost?
$250 for the Race Blueprint, one payment. $1,000 for the Campaign Year, also one payment: 4 follow-on plans, one delivered every 90 days from the day you buy. There is no retainer, no commission on what you raise or spend, and nothing that renews by itself.
What if something in it is wrong?
Report a factual error within 30 days of delivery and the document is corrected and reissued once, free, with the error and the correction printed in it. The Blueprint is not legal, tax or financial advice, and results are not guaranteed.
The plan for your race is one email away.
Your name, the office, the county, the election date. The document does the rest.
One payment. Delivered as a PDF within five business days. Nothing renews by itself.
