What is the Race Blueprint?

One document built for one candidate's race. The first half counts the race from the public record: who is registered, the last two results, the win number, who decides it, what the voters care about, and the opponent on the record. The second half is work the candidate can use the same day: the message, the scripts, four weeks of posts, five video scripts, the website copy, the money plan, the field plan, the calendar and the next thirty days. Every finding carries its source and the date it was read.

How much does the Race Blueprint cost?

$250, one payment, for the whole document. To keep the plan current for the whole race, the Campaign Year is $1,000, also one payment: four 90-Day Plans, the first straight away and then one every ninety days from the day of purchase, delivered without having to ask. The schedule governs the delivery, not the billing — nothing renews by itself, no card is kept on file, and there is no retainer and no commission.

How much does a political campaign consultant cost?

A general campaign consultant typically charges a monthly retainer of $2,000 to $10,000 or more, and most campaigns also hire specialists for fundraising, media, digital, mail, and polling. Over a full cycle, consultant fees for a competitive down-ballot race commonly total $30,000 to $150,000 or more before any ads are bought. The Race Blueprint delivers the written plan that team would bill for in its first two months as one document for $250.

Do I get software with the Race Blueprint?

No. Campaign Coach is the engine the document is built with, run by the person who built it. The candidate gets the Race Blueprint as a PDF, and — with the Campaign Year — the next ninety days written out again four times over, delivered ninety days apart. There is nothing to log into and nothing to learn.

Where do the numbers in the Race Blueprint come from?

From the public record, not from a survey or a hunch: the state voter file, certified election results, campaign-finance filings, the statutes that set each deadline, and the office's own press record. Every finding carries its source, the method and the date it was read. A claim that cannot be verified does not appear.

Can I see a Race Blueprint before I pay?

Yes. Send the candidate's name, office, county and election date and ask for the free sample: a real piece of the candidate's own Blueprint, including the race in the record, the win number, the precincts that decide it, a week of posts and the door script. It is theirs whether they buy the rest or not.

Is Campaign Coach nonpartisan?

Yes. The method is the same for a candidate of any party, in local, county, state, and federal races across the United States: the public voter file, certified results, campaign-finance filings and the record. The candidate sets their own values, priorities and tone.

Who built the Race Blueprint?

Accepted Answer

George Roa, founder of GBT Labs and of Campaign Coach. He ran on the system in November 2025 and won a seat on the Zebulon, North Carolina Board of Commissioners with 727 votes, the second of two seats by a 25-vote margin, the only one of the 22 Republican-endorsed candidates in Wake County to win that year, in a town registered roughly three Democrats to one Republican.
